STAY-IT is' the program that allows foreign companies, to be legally resident in Italy at the law firm Sidoti & Associates.

With this service, the company is legally resident in Italy, even with the inclusion of the Italian office at the Chamber of Commerce, you can receive mail and all documents at the headquarters of Italian, being able to use the service to redirect at the headquarters foreign.

The service is aimed at companies wishing to start operating in Italy and in need of a home and on-site legal assistance in Italian law, and that they do not want to bear the cost of a representative office.

The service is completed by STAY-IT PLUS version, which provides for the possibility of establishing a place of business in Italy also the foreign enterprise. Il servizio é rivolto alle imprese che intendono cominciare ad operare in Italia e che hanno bisogno di una sede in loco e dell'assistenza legale in diritto italiano, e che non vogliono sostenere i costi di una sede di rappresentanza.

Il servizio é completato dalla versione STAY-IT PLUS, che prevede la possibilità di costituire in Italia anche una sede operativa dell'impresa straniera. In tal caso, siamo in grado di fornire anche gli amministratori, i sindaci, la segreteria ed i consulenti della società, e di seguire tutte le fasi di costituzione e di gestione dell'impresa.
